A beautifully appointed property spread over 3 floors with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Wi-Fi spa pool and table tennis table!

The rear garden is easily accessed from the dining room area for a bbq.

Taupo town centre is a 5 minute car ride.

Ground level : Bedroom 1 - queen bed. with ensuite.
Bedroom 2 - has 2 single beds. A great space for the teenagers
to hang out with a tv and the table tennis table in the adjoining
room.

First floor : Bedroom 3 - queen bed.
Bedroom 4 - has 2 single beds.
Bedroom 5 - queen bed.
These bedrooms share the family bathroom.

Second floor : Bedroom 6 - king bed - ensuite and small balcony for a wine
and enjoy the sunsets.

There is a wood burning fire in the main lounge and several heat pumps and extra blankets. Air conditioning for the summer months.

The main house and grounds are yours alone.

A team member will be available throughout your stay.

* This property is intended for families to meet and enjoy. Whilst we are not against groups of adults having a relaxing and fun visit, we want to make it clear that parties and gatherings are not allowed.

*Maximum 8 adults. However we appreciate that teenagers are classed as adults, according to Airbnb, so please make an enquiry if you would like 10 adults to stay.

* Maximum number of guests on the booking to stay at the property. If you would like extra guests to visit, for example nan and grandad, that reside in Taupo, for Christmas dinner just let us know.

* Please take care when using the spa. Please take a shower before use, especially if guests are wearing make up and self tanning lotions. Should the spa need to be drained and refilled $160 will be kept from the bond.

* No glass including beer bottles are to be taken to the spa area.
Strictly no parties or gatherings.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay. If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.

No tents.

Smoking outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
