'Definitely not your standard “motel” stay! Beautiful, thoughtfully appointed rooms, spotlessly clean and lovely hosts. Great location in the centre of Taupo and walking distance to an endless number of restaurants. We had a two-bedroom suite with a spa bath, and it was more than comfortable for our family of four. The room would have been suitable for a far longer stay than we had time for. Highly recommended.'

The property itself is even better than the pictures, you're located right across the road from the beautiful lake with views of Mt Ruapehu, all amenities are easily accessible, the rooms are spacious, peaceful, clean and in excellent condition. We hadden een appartement met 3 slaapkamers en een heel groot balkon (met bubbelbad) en uitzicht over het meer. Alles is luxe aan dit appartement. 'Typical motel for a nice no-nonsense stay. We had an executive suite which was clean and had all usual facilities. Good, fast, free internet.
These suites are quite spacious and even have a bubble bath! Plus a small balcony to enjoy the evening sun... We enjoyed our stay.'

"Positive:clean comfy bed.
Negative: room outdated, door to bathroom partially blocked by bed three, could hear voices and footsteps of neighbours, as well as toilets and showers. OK for some, not for me. "
