Central Cozy Self-contained Space

Our lovely guesthouse in Greerton gives you a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. Located just a 5 minute drive to Tauranga Crossing mall, 12 minutes to Tauranga City centre and close-by to the motorway to Mt Maunganui & Papamoa for anything your heart pleases. There is also a small set of shops +supermarket just down the road. This spacious unit is walking distance to the racecourse where you can find local markets on the weekend sometimes, and of-course, the races :)

The guesthouse is located near the main house but is a separate private space - with frosted windows and sheer curtains for added privacy.
There is a comfy queen sized bedroom with a wooden wardrobe to make you feel right at home. Linen will be included in the booking price.
There is a kitchen in the unit which includes the basics- a kettle, toaster, cutlery crockery and a microwave. No cooking facilities sorry!
Good sized lounge with TV + air con and a small bathroom. There is also a desk in this guesthouse if you are on a business visit.

A small covered outside area is ideal to relax and enjoy some fresh air.
Parking will be on the shared driveway with the host’s cars but they will be parked in a separate area.
