Our family home in Papamoa Beach - conveniently located between Bayfair (4km) & Papamoa Plaza (2km), walking distance to the beach, and playgrounds galore nearby...

The master bedroom has an ensuite & walk-in-wardrobe, with additional Queen & Single rooms, a main bathroom & separate toilet.
The spacious lounge has internet tv to cast your own entertainment. Limited Wifi available.
Lounge & Dining open out to the private sunny rear courtyard, huge trampoline & basketball hoop, help yourself to the veges too!

A 20 minute stroll to Papamoa plaza or Fresh Choice, with dozens of dining options. A bus stop at the front door, and electric lime scooters also a fun option!
The beach is a 10 minute walk away, or head to Papamoa or Omanu Surf Clubs for patrolled swim zones.

Tahatai Coast school around the corner has two playgrounds, a sports field, volleyball, tennis & basketball courts free to use.

Our shy // friendly cat peanut would like to stay if you are happy to feed him daily...
We welcome your outdoor pets too, the outdoor area is fully fenced. Please note a bond will be required for any damage caused by pets, whist a cleaning surcharge is included.
Bikes, paddle board, surfboard, boogie boards, balls etc. can be available on request.

Please note the garage area is not included in the rental.
There are laundromats at both Fashion Island at Papamoa Plaza, and Owens Place near Bayfair.
