'J’ai séjourné 4 nuits dans cet appartement et je suis très déçue. Dès mon arrivée, une forte odeur de tabac régnait dans la chambre. L’appartement était sale, avec des draps et des couvertures visiblement usés. Le matelas était dans un état lamentable, inconfortable et penchait d’un côté. Le débit d’eau dans la douche était extrêmement faible, rendant l’usage difficile. J’ai également eu un souci avec la fermeture automatique de la porte, et malgré plusieurs tentatives, je n’ai jamais réussi à...

'The property is in a great location, just some steps to Volta square and plaza Cavour, near to train station, the room is clean and quiet, everything works well, it would be appreciated more coffee capsules in the room. The instructions to pick up the key and how to enter is enoigh clear (you need internet to see instructions), the rooms are exactly on left hand (brown door) after you passed across 3 glass doors.'
