'We stayed at Matts place and we had a great holiday. He is a great host and was very helpful with everything. The house is amazing and has everything you need so do not take anything with you because it is all there. It was super clean and the location is very central. Within 5 minutes you have grocery stores and a lot of little villages are less than a 10 minute drive. Going up the hill to the villa is a little effort but when you arrive you will be rewarded with the best view there is.'

'We had a wonderful stay. The house is great for a group of people as there is so much space and we loved using all of the different outdoor areas. Elisabetta was good at communicating with us and it was a real bonus having the beach towels. There are lots of lovely beaches to explore and beautiful clear sea to swim in. Thanks Elisabetta!!'

'It was a great stay overall. The host only speaks English and Italian, but we had always good communications. The object is located a bit outside in Tanaunella, which gives you way more garden space than normal and a comparatively quiet environment. And you still can reach a small supermarket by a ten minute walk. Also, beautiful St. Anna Beach & pine forest is close by (20 minute walk) - but beware of the shepherd dogs on the way. If they're too hyped when you're visiting, just go by car - 5...

'We had a perfect stay. The house lies in a quiet environment with a beautiful view over the sea. We loved having breakfast or dinner at the balcony enjoying this view. All rooms have air conditioning. There are two bathrooms and you can use a washing machine. We arrived early and Mario gave us a bathroom, living room, Terras and kitchen to use till we could check in. Very kind. We would definitely recommend this place.'

'We stayed here for 5 nights - and loved the house.It’s well stocked and spacious with quality fixtures & fittings.The outside space is compact but comfortably room for 6 loungers and a lovely dining area with views to the sea beyond. It also has a gas BBQ. Location is perfect for exploring the many lovely beaches & towns north of Olbia. 'Tolle Aussicht von der Terasse aus, sehr freundliche Vermieter und sehr flexibel als wir um eine Nacht verlängern mussten, weil unsere Fähre umgebucht wurde. Der Weg zum Strand runter ist gefühlt etwas länger als 500 Meter, aber problemlos zu Fuß zu bewältigen. Wir waren begeistert!'
