'Host were great, very friendly and gave us the rundown and then left us for the entire stay to enjoy ourselves. Very private, and nature filled. Had a nice hike to the waterfall, still lovely even though the water wasn’t flowing because of the lack of rain. 'We had a lovely time as a family sharing this beautiful vacation rental. The property is elegant and well-maintained, there is good climate control inside, and the beds are comfortable. The lake is crystal clear and pristine, and we did a lot of swimming and used the canoe and kayaks. Getting to the lake was easy for all but one of our group, who has mobility issues; access is down a long hill with a pea gravel path. Overall, it was a lovely cottage holiday and we would recommend it to friends. '
