'I really want to give 5 stars for this place- but unfortunately…,,,,The location and the house is stunning! But the let downs was the cleanliness. The spa was disgusting and had broken glass by the gate. Nearly every piece of cutlery, tray, plate and cup was dirty. No hand soap or dishwashing liquid. The first night no hot water. The fire pit is on a side of a hill- no chance for confit- and the house is 12 people- 3 double rooms 1 room with 4 bunks and a downstairs with 2 sofa beds. But no one...

'Staff helpful. great location'

'New upgrade in room .5/5. Good view. QuIet. Staff nice.'

'We were very impressed with the comfort of the bed and the how clean the room was presented. When we stay at a venue I look for a comfortable bed and a good shower, both were supplied.'

'The staff were very helpful. We arrived and the heating was on for us and the cabin was fresh and clean.'

'Very hospitable hosts and the perfect little winter getaway. Highly recommend enjoying the firepit in the evening.'

'We needed early access to our room due to a family function in Mansfield. The manager was very obliging and we were grateful to be able to swap out of our travel clothes. The motel is in a great location near the Main Street and the coffee shop/cafe next door is brilliant. The rooms are well maintained and quiet. I will return for sure.'
