'Room was immaculate and the views were great. They were more than accommodating, went above and beyond to help me out when my flight got delayed a whole day and were willing to push back my original dates requested. Their sauna was great, their tomato soup was the best I ever had and I’m not even a tomato soup kinda person. Great location. Everyone and I mean everyone was very nice and respectful. Thanks for everything Oakwood. Had a blast'

'Rooms are OK, front desk and security are not reasonable, I tried to get an earlier check in or use the pool to have a shower… no no no was the answer. I had to stroll Around Makati all day like a street person after 48 hours travel and was not let into my room until 6 pm… never again will I stay here'

'A great base for train travelers: at 10 min. walking from the Ottawa train station and bus stop of OCtranspo at the corner of the hotel. Drop your luggage and enjoy Ottawa town. '

Lobby and the hotel in general look nice, but the rooms or service are not nearly 5 stars worth. The room looked pretty nice, but bathroom was dated and showering in the bathtub behind a somewhat dirty curtain is not what you'd expect in a 5 star hotel that charges 5 star rates. The extra bed we had was a shame, looked like a cheap hostel bed and slept like that as well, while for the extra...

'Cleanliness, and good customer satisfaction and service'

'Mold growing in the shower. This place was filthy. Not a good experience. '

'in the website in Expedia says the check in starts @ 2pm so we came there before 2pm but they told us that the standard check in in 3pm and we actually got the room 30 minutes after 3, so the website says it wrong and their standard check in was late. But overall experience was good other than the check in that we had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby for the room coming from a long trip'
