'The staff were all courteous, polite and very professional. That is from the security guard up to the concierges. I did have some slight issues with the check in but they were able to resolve the matter responsively. They went above and beyond the service and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to my family members and friends. The stay overall was 10/10!'

'The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...
