'What a great apartment. Spotlessly clean and in great condition with excellent facilities, comfortable, spacious and a joy to stay in. Location is great near to all top attractions and easy drive to shops, restaurants ( would recommend Eat Street). Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Information from owners is spot on in advance and access easy so no hassle settling in. We would thoroughly recommend Redwood Apartments and if we are in Rotorura again it will be our first place to stay.'

'Het regal Palms is handig om in Rotorua te zitten. Het complex lijkt groter dan het is . Handig met parkeren, verwarmd zwembad en klein midgedgolf erbij.'

'Very friendly hosts who were very proactive in making their guests as comfortable as possible. Check-in very quick and easy. The room was very spatious and the bathroom had a jacuzzi. Kitchenette with all the essentials was also there. No restaurant but you can order a very reasonably priced and good breakfast that is served in the room. Hosts are knowledgeable about their city and the region and gave very good advice over local attractions and activities.'

'Stayed in this place during the Tarawera Ultramarathon weekend. Rooms are spacious, well furnished and clean. Both te city center and attractions like Te Puia are whitin walking distance. During the warmer days in summer ac would be convenient. '

'Fijne accomodatie. Kregen een upgrade naar een grotere kamer met twee slaapkamers en een keukentje. Prima ontbijt in de ochtend. Zwembad is niet echt een zwembad te noemen maar hebben we ook geen gebruik van gemaakt. Schoon en frisse kamer. En op korte afstand van de eetgelegenheden.'

'A truly distinguished hotel addresses problems with grace. When we arrived, the AC was not working; and the room was very hot. The receptionist quickly got a tech, who explaned that the fix might take a while. So, we went to dinner while she worked on it. After dinner, the waitress declined payment and said the hotel would comp our dinner. When we got to our room, the AC was working. A memorably good hotel!'
