'The hotel has no reception desk and no staff is on site. The rooms were clean and in good condition. All have jacuzzi and some kind of sauna (a steamer connected to the large shower cabin). The temperature, during the night, was quite low. There is no parking, however you can park on the street in front, if you are lucky enough to find a spot. The hotel is located in a very nice and central area.'

My only recommendation is related to the breakfast served. Croissants could be fresh and not the ones in plastic bag with preservatives, the cereals could be in nice jars and not in the supermarket packaging, the cheese, ham and vegetables could be sliced better. This would improve the aesthetic of the buffet.'

'A great location - 10 mins from the old town and 5 mins to a tube station. We only used tge tube on one day and walked to everything else. Reception are supposed to be there 7am to 7pm, but seem to wander off! However, they are very speedy to arrive if you WhatsApp or ring the number displayed. It's a small hotel (18 rooms) so that's why there isn't a 24 hour reception. Everything is very new with lovely feather pillows and duvets and a nice bathroom with fluffy towels. Rooms cleaned well...

Unfortunately during winter the heating system is operated centrally, so the heating is on day and night and if you don’t open the window fully the whole night, it gets to 26 degrees when you’re sleeping. Check in at 4pm took us almost one hour while there were only 4 other guests trying to check in at the same time. Very slow and we were not informed why. Room is nice and convenient, clean and modern. Breakfast was also good with nice variety. "
