Please note that the house has recently undergone some furniture updates. As a result, some of the photos may differ slightly from the current appearance of the property.



Guest Access:

The property includes a secure, reinforced safe room (Mamad) available for use during emergencies.



Other Things to Note:

As part of the terms and conditions, a security deposit of 15,000 NIS will be secured by placing a hold (authorization) on your credit card. This hold will only reserve the amount on your credit limit and will not charge or debit your card unless there is damage or a violation of the terms. The deposit hold will be placed upon check-in and not before, even if the booking was made well in advance. If no claims are made, the hold will be released automatically within 7 days from the date it was placed.



To be exempt from the 18% VAT charge, guests are kindly requested to provide a photo of their B2 entry slip prior to check-in.



Cancellation Policy: A 3% handling fee of the total reservation amount (up to 1,500 NIS) applies upon cancellation.
