De beloofde fles wijn ontbrak maar er was wel fruit: prima maar ook slordig. De twee stoelen in de kamer hadden gaten in de bekleding: niet erg maar ook niet passend bij een 5 sterren hotel. Belangrijkste klacht was de airconditioning. de ruimte was niet goed geventileerd en leek vol stof te zitten. De airconditioning zorgde wel voor koude maar niet voor verschoning van de lucht.

Zakenhotel met goed comfort
Leonardo City Tower prebeert zich duidelijk te verbeteren. Hier en daar nog wat te doen, maar vriendelijker en meer aandacht voor de gast dan vroeger.

Prettig hotel
Prima hotel, met aardige medewerkers, een lekkere gym en sauna alleen op zaterdag worden te veel niet hotelgasten tot het zwembad toegelaten waardoor er eigenlijk geen ruimte is voor de hotelgasten. Dan is het een bende. De gangbare kamers zijn niet groot dus met een gezin van 1 volwassene en 2 tieners heb je een connected room nodig, wat wij later hadden toen mijn moeder kwam. Verder is het prettig vertoeven in dit hotel.

Alleen doen als je kort voor zaken in TA moet zijn
Het is een hotel dat zich richt op de zakelijke klanten. De lobby ziet er prima uit. het personeel is attent. De kamer was niet erg schoon. Het zag er uit alsof er al een week niet gestoft en gestofzuigd was. De badkamer was aan vervanging toe en het bad bevatte nog haren van de vorige gast(en). BAH! Ontbijt is van uitstekende kwaliteit, maar ook stevig geprijsd.

交通方便的住宿選擇
飯店唯一的優點是交通方便,剛好位於特拉維夫中央車站,往來機場與其他城市相關方便,但是飯店設備老舊,剛好我住宿的飯店有些衛浴設備發生故障,如果只是單純住一晚的商務客推薦住宿

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and it seems nothing has been updated the swimming pool area was dirty the sun loungers where filthy dirty breakfast selection was strange toaster didn’t work fried eggs where cooked and left out so they where cold no room cleaning for 2 days my list goes on and on I was told they will be refurbishing the hotel soon it needs it at the price they charge

Rubbish!
Staff are rude and the rooms are in need of a serious make over. Could barely even see trough the window it was so dirty. I would strongly recommend you give this one a miss!

The location was excellent and easy to get too. Great view from our room The aircon in our room made a squicking noise which was reported. There was a massive party in the room next door until all hours in the morning and although the hotel asked them to keep quiet, they didn't

On the critical side: The hotel quite unclean, dust in many place, water marks in the bathroom etc. The bathtub plug did not work, the shower door was loosely connected and did not look too stable. Spa was "under construction" which was a major disappointment as it was not indicated during booking. There is distinct cigaret smoke odor near the elevators and on the steps leading from the parking. The staircase leading from the parking is utterly disgusting, and unsafe, with rubbish and exposed electrical wires. By the way, the reasons we know that is that the elevators were not functioning half the time so we took the more active way to the parking lot. After the first night we got a call, asking if everything is ok. I mentioned all of the above, and I was assured that a manager will get back to me. I am still waiting. On the positive side: Some staff made (successful) efforts to provide us with an extra folding bed when we checked in late at night.

The property looks very old. The toilet did not work, the tv had burnt pixels all over , broken tiles all over the room and very strange smell. Also old elevators and no food service late in the evening. The only good thing is that the hotel is close to the train station. This is not what I would expect from a 250$ per night hotel and I don’t think I would return there.

The property was convenient but the staff could have been more interested.I returned one evening to find my door open; when I told reception they had absolutely no interest or understanding of the safety/ security issues and concerns. The room safe also appeared to have been broken but, fortunately, I had taken any valuables with me.

Front desk, Oksana, was perfect. Helpful, funny, and warm. Her patience while I settled my credit card issues helped me keep my cool. Parking cost 60 shekels as it wasn’t part of the hotel property, but was super convenient elevator access to the lobby. Room was clean, view was great from the 15th floor. (Though in winter the windows don’t get cleaned as often…) Bathroom also clean, shower water pressure was very good. Booked a breakfast meeting and was sitting there from 7:30am to 12:30pm. Nothing but service and accommodation. AND THE BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS. It was exactly what you want from an Israeli hotel breakfast. They nailed it.

I have no clue... the Government of Israel did not accept my visa... so I did not go... the Hotel in Tel Aviv had the wrong address in the instructions... and I am afraid this is why my visa was not accepted... this Leonardo City Tower gave the wrong information... so I just lost money and I was not able to come... terrible

Great location
Very nice bed. Great location. Very good and bathroom. The room is clean. The only problem is that you can hear the water pipes working while your neighbours are taking a shower or using the toilet... The check in and check out were fast. I didn't take the bed and breakfast option so I can't rate the food... but there was a nice welcome gift inside the room
