'Cleanliness tip top....smell good'

'Our recent stay at the Rocana Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While some members of staff were fun, friendly, and welcoming, others came across as the complete opposite, which made the overall experience feel inconsistent. 'A tired, dirty and dilapidated hotel…'

'Het appartement was niet goed schoon, beddengoed en handdoeken leken gebruikt met vlekken, insecten in bed en mieren op de vloer. 'This property needs serious renovation works and insect and pest control.'

'Nice location - close to the beach, clean inside, no wifi connection (something is wrong and couldn't figure out), lack of direction to assigned parking spots.'

'Smal but comfortable apartment. Lovely views from the balcony. Could be so much better if the apartment and corridors were refreshed/ renovated. Very busy at weekends but very quiet Monday to Thursday. Owner of the flat very helpful. Few good nearby shops and restaurants. People very nice and friendly.'
