The Space:

Plaza Mercado #20 offers a spacious and comfortable stay in the heart of Las Catalinas, just steps from the beach. Your reservation includes exclusive access to the Beach Club (a value of $30 + tax per person, per night), where you can enjoy a pool, gym, and a beautifully designed setting that balances relaxation and convenience. Additional amenities such as food and beverage service, as well as wellness options like a sauna and cold plunge pool, are available for purchase, allowing you to customize your experience.



This tropical condo features an open-concept design where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly, making it ideal for families or groups. With over 2,123 square feet, the home offers ample space for up to 8 guests. The master suite includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom also features a king bed, while the third bedroom includes two full-size beds and two twin bunk beds. A travel crib can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.



The property has been professionally decorated and includes upgraded mattresses, linens, and a fully equipped kitchen with wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The living area opens to an ocean-view terrace with a private dipping pool. Guests are provided with additional conveniences such as beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and starter supplies including salt, pepper, cooking oil, soaps, and shampoo. A smart TV is available for streaming personal accounts, although cable service is not provided.



For security purposes, the home is equipped with three exterior cameras monitoring the main entrance, front yard, and surrounding perimeter.



Las Catalinas is a unique 1,100-acre, Mediterranean-style, walkable beach town offering a wide range of amenities including a Beach Club, restaurants, grocery store, spa, gym, hotel, cafés, and over 25 miles of hiking and biking trails. The beach is only a two-minute walk from the property and is ideal for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding. The town is entirely car-free, creating a safe and peaceful environment for guests.



A variety of dining options are available nearby, including sushi, Spanish tapas, local seafood, a microbrewery pub, healthy cuisine, bakeries, coffee shops, and more. If arriving by car, valet parking is available for an additional fee (approximately $24 as of January 2024) between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. We recommend coordinating this service in advance with our concierge team to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
