'I love staying at the Palm Place and have stayed many times before this. BUT, I absolutely loathed SVS. Poor and unprofessional customer service. Offered absolutely no value to the property or the owners. I highly recommend the OWNERS to reconsider their Management Service. I highly recommend PALM PLACE to band them in your bulding. They managed to piss off a loyal customer over a $5 part with a back/forth email thread and still offered no resolution. Absolutely useless service. ...

'Circus Circus geboekt omdat er op kort termijn niks anders (betaalbaars) op de strip was. Beetje huiverig. Viel ons erg mee. Kamers zijn prima. Parkeren is makkelijk. Locatie is prima, rustiger deel vd strip maar je bent met de Deuce zo overal! Publiek is een beetje bijzonder maar prima voor 2 nachten.'

'Stove to cook on- only 1 worked. Cooking was slow. Vent over stove was not working. Asked for more blankets and towels- did not get till the next day. My bed—not comfortable. '
