Hard to find sleep factory
Massive hotel oriented to package tourists. Not my type of hotel. The whole atmosphere was immediatly repulsive: many groups of hardly sobre, noisy youngsters, and elder people who obviously don't know how to behave in a hotel. Hard to find without navigation as there are nowhere city maps or hotel signs. The hotel is only marked high up on the building, and once you see it you are already passed the (non marked) parking entrance. Very limited parking place. Extremely bureaucratic check in process (took almost half an hour). Meanwhile other guests are consistently asking (and getting) attention of the receptionist. Rooms are OK, but AC takes a long time to cool down the initially overheated room. Wifi didn't work: I had to use the hotel business center (at a fee) to read e-mails. Room walls and floors are pretty thin: lots of noise from neighbours. In walking distance many cheap but fairly good restaurants.

Leuk hotel, aan de rand van het dorp
Mooi hotel, wat gedateerd (vooral gangen/lift). Harde bedden maar een prima douche! Ontbijt was prima verzorgd! Slecht punt: internet op de kamer (633) was niet bes en voor een vaste computer (voor online inchecken) moet je een huurbedrag betalen.

Je krijgt een mini kamer in de uithoek van het hotel langs een drukke baan en juist boven de vuilbakken. Zeer mooi voorgesteld op internet.

Het avond eten was erg matig en er werd veel gebruik gemaakt van de maaltijden van de avond ervoor. Heel het hotel rook al naar de zonnebloemolie als het eten klaar gemaakt werd . Wij zaten boven de bar en hoorde de mensen aan de bar in onze slaapkamer praten , dus zijn we vaak op het balkon gaan zitten waar we letterlijk 2 meter naast het andere hotel zaten

The breakfast and dinner staff were rude and disrespectful to me singling me out with their rudeness. For the entire duration I was made to feel I should not be there. I film the cleaning staff using my toothbrush to clean the toilet, after I left a google review that there was no toilet brush in the bathroom during my first few days. All in all, there was mould all around the bathroom terrible if you have young children, the room was in disrepair, the light fittings were full of dead flies, the room showed signs of major structural movement, which was then confirmed during my second week when they started major repairs on another block for the same problem which I have photos of also, I have worked in construction for 25 years and I am a chartered building engineer also among other things, they broke out the balconies on 4 floors and proceeded to demolish and rebuild with dust from their work puffing out in to the central pool area to all the guests amazement, with heavy grinding, drilling all day. The floor in the room was extremely warm, the shower glass was caked in dirt as many elements in the bathroom. I observed many guest complaining about the state of their rooms and the condition of air conditioning and in my instance the room phone was completely out of use. The closet sliding door was also out of use and would not move. The room showed clear signs that it had been broken in to in the past which I also have photos of, my room cards stopped working beyond daily.

Hotel piacevole, in zona comoda, per le spiagge il centro ed i mezzi pubblici. Un po’ caro rispetto alla media degli anni scorsi, ma si sà quando tutti vogliono la stessa cosa il prezzo aumenta.

Slitent turisthotell med god frokost og komfortable senger. To heiser hvorav kun en virket. Dusjstenger var løse, tydelig mangel på slitasje på rommet og ellers på hotell. God frokost da!

I and my boyfriend had amazing one week in this hotel. Room was with gorgeous view for mountains and green area. Breakfast and dinner made us more than satisfied: a lot of different meals and deserts. Also want say thanks for tasty juice and nice coffe (for free). Another big thanks for reception job! One woman (I don’t remember her name) was very helpful and welcoming.

Our stay was overall pleasant. The hotel location is perfect, very close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel was clean, the staff very nice and helpful and has many facilities but the rooms could benefit from some improvements.

Þriðja skiptið okkar. Staðsetning góð. Þjónustan og starfsmenn frábærir. Mæli með að velja premuim herbergi. Einkasundlaug upp á þaki og ekkert stress að fá bekki. Maturinn er mjög góður. Það er aðeins farið að sjá á baðherberginu en það er verið að laga þau á Hotelinu en ekki allt búið. Kem klárlega þangað aftur. **** Do recommend this hotel. Our third time. Manage your expectations
Decent hotel with very nice and super helpful staff although remises have seen much better days. Breakfast was good value for money since it had a ton of options for the price of €10 but again don't expect too much in terms of quality. This hotel can be a decent option if you're on a budget and can get a good rate.

The hotel staff were abundantly friendly and very helpful. All around great experience on that front. On the other hand, our room smelled quite bad. We deduced it was a mouldy drain smell which never went away. Other than that, the breakfast buffet was incredible, the pool was clean and a good size, the bedlinens were clean. The location was a little further from central Playa de las Americas — about a 15 minute walk — but if you don’t mind that, then I’d recommend this hotel.

Very noisy, uncomfortable beds and staff very unfriendly, We booked a double room and was giving a very small twin room with absolutely no room to move, went to complain and was told that was the standard rooms offered to put a two single beds together to make a double, but that didn’t work, the photos are NOT the rooms on the hotel The worse was the hotel very noisy could hear conversations on both sides of the walls from the other rooms. Asked to be moved but was that same on a different door, In the end up we had to check out early and book another hotel because it was just unbearable.
