Our room was nothing like the photos on the website. The entire apartment was extremely dated and in need of a remodel and our bathroom and kitchen look absolutely nothing like what was advertised on the website. The one we paid for and expected looked far more modern, completely different units, appliances and furniture and fsr brighter. Sadly, what we ended up with was frankly not what we paid for. It wasn't until our final day we managed to get a glimpse into our direct neighbours room (on both sides of our apartment) plus a friends room across the courtyard and they are modelled completely differently and do reflect the website. We also had a lot of very noisy maintenance workers outside our bedroom window banging, grinding and drilling every morning at 8.15am onwards. Very disappointed and would not recommend at all!!!!!

Fint område for barnefamilier. Rommene kunne vært litt renere, men ellers fine rom. Trang heis og litt trange ganger for vogn og evt rullestol. Frokosten var litt for dårlig.

Property was clean and tidy but the booking didn’t include breakfast (my fault). This wasn’t a problem as you can get breakfast everywhere in the area and it’s cheaper than the hotel (unless you’re after the buffet breakfasts usually served in the big hotels.

The location is excellent, staff friendly and helpful, pool area is lovely, I enjoyed the cocktails at the pool. The accommodation was fresh modern and clean. The one bed duplex was perfect for me and my teenage son. Overall I was really impressed with the hotel

struttura bellissima a due passi dal mare e sulla via principale, Avenida las Americas, bellissimo appartamento super attrezzato e con ampio terrazzo, piscina ben tenuta e dotata di molti lettini ed ombrelloni. Personale super professionale e gentilissimo disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza del del cliente. Molto gradita è stata la disponibilità di una stanza di cortesia, per chi ha l'aereo di sera e vuole passare alcune ore in piscina può rinfrescarsi e partire tranquillo. Många småsaker som tyvärr gav en upplevelse som kunde varit bättre. Krånglig personal, slutsteg rum som var dåligt städat, trasiga eluttag, det regnade in på rummet, INTE barnvänligt rum! Vattnet i disken var antingen iskallt eller brännhett. Receptionisten avslöjade till och med att de stora resebolagen löpe de finare nyrenoverade rummen, så boka inte detta hotell om du reser med barn.

Very nice room better than expected but our friends ended up in one that hasn’t been refurbished so quite disappointing. The worst thing are lack of sun beds and idiots putting towels on them in the early hours then walking away for hours and arguing if somebody removes them it clearly states that you can or the hotel will remove towels after 30mins of no one being on them but they don’t carry this out and it leads to confrontation it’s just people being selfish mostly brits too. The location is great and the pool nice. Maid service is also very good If they just sorted the sunbed issue made people stick to the rules it would be great.

Our stay started with a very nice and friendly check-in. Unfortunately, this was the only positive aspect of our stay! When we entered the room, we immediately applied a stale stench. The whole decor and ambiance of the room was “bad” at the moment. After going to the toilet I locked myself because there was no buckle on the door. The air conditioner is an old ceiling fan (does not cool anything). The highlight of this stay were the cockroaches in the room (disgusting, large and not pleasant to see). We first tried to call the front desk. But guess what? The phone does not work. We went to the reception, explained the situation and expressed our dissatisfaction. Instead of understanding or apologizing, we received a rude response and arrogance from the employees. Her response was "You have a standard room, lower your expectations."

Muy bien y recomendable!!
Todo bien, el personal de recepción muy amable, habitaciones reformadas muy cómodas, limpieza en general bien. Con esto del COVID, el socorrista desinfecta hamacas, sombrillas y todo lo que puedes tocar, aparte de hacer su trabajo como socorrista. Los apartamentos están a 1mn de la playa y cuenta con minimarket cerca.

Abbiamo soggiornato nei monolocali che poi in realtà sono piccoli appartamentini con camera appena riformati e sono davvero splendidi. La struttura è super comoda per tutto, piscine perfette e supermercato interno molto comodo. Tutto perfetto.

Der 4. Aufenthalt in der Anlage. Einzig die ausserordentlich gute Lage spricht für dieses Hotel. Wir buchen meistens 3 Appartements und jedes mal muss mindestens eine Partei das Zimmer wechseln, weil irgendwas schief lief. Dieses Mal mussten 2 Parteien die Zimmer tauschen und beim 3. Appartement funktionierte am 1. Tag die Dusche nicht - mit Salz und Sonnencreme ins Bett und eine halbherzige Entschuldigung. Unsere Beanstandungen zuvor waren wohl Zuviel. Wie gesagt, wäre die Lage für unsere Reisegruppe - teils schlecht zu Fuss - nicht so ideal, würden wir kaum nochmals buchen.

The location is amazing. Right next to the beach. Lots of places to eat around it and not far from shops and the water park. The room was really nice with a balcony and 2nd floor bedroom. Didn’t use the pool area as wanted to use the beach but it looked popular. Staff were nice and friendly. Would highly recommend it.

Majoitustila oli pienehkö erityisesti parvekkeen osalta, Käytännössä kahden hengen parveke oli yhden hengen ja aurinko ei paistanut parvekkeelle tai huoneistoon ollenkaan valoisaan aikaan. Huoneistossa Tuoksui ajoittain viemärin haju jota yritettiin häivyttää erilaisilla tuoksuilla porras käytävillä. Sijainti ja ulko tilat olivat erinomaiset.
