We regret very much the inconevnientes that may have caused the noise of the nightlife. We are trying to get the local authorities and the police to stop the very loud sounds. We do not know any complaint from you in reference to a hole or about the request for a change of Bungalow. We always try to please the client and change them, as soon as possible, to a back bungalow as soon as they tell us they want to do it.

Dear Customer, We regret the inconveniences that the music of the nightlife area would have produced and we will inform the local authorities so that they can solve this problem. When a client pays for accommodation, he does not pay for a specific one. You left the Complex and that is why we made use of that specific unit. When you returned, the hotel offered you another accommodation number at another location in the Complex, since you had not been satisfied with the previous one, but you refused it. Regards,
