Dear Mr. Dawn,First of all, thank you for taking the time to write this review.We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the hotel in general and especially your room and the pool area.Regarding your comments about the reception and our staff, please note that at no time have they ever made fun of you or any of our guests. They would only try to explain how the APP works (it is true that it can be a long process) but this way we make sure that they have all the information about the hotel in their hands.The other point to comment on is the cleanliness of the rooms, since on the bedside table next to your bed, you have a card and in the event that you want the sheets changed, you should leave it on the bed so that our Housekeeping department knows that they want to change the sheets. It is as simple as leaving the card on your bed. If you would like a more thorough cleaning during your stay, you can also request this at reception.Finally, as for queuing for water in the restaurant, it will depend on the time of day you arrive. There are always times when there are more customers and that is why there can be queues, however, you can also call any of our waiters who will be happy to help you at any time.That said, we would like to thank you again for your comments so that we can improve as much as possible to ensure the best service.Best regards,Spring Hotel Vulcano&UP! In reference to the insects, we would like to comment that we are in a sub-tropical area, where in the last few weeks the temperature has exceeded 30ºC and the relative humidity is higher than usual, which are favourable conditions for the proliferation of insects. The hotel takes the appropriate measures to alleviate this situation as far as possible. We carry out periodic and exhaustive fumigations. This problem can occur throughout the building, including the upper floors, as these insects fly. We apologise if this has caused you any inconvenience.
