'口コミが少ないので少し心配でしたが、本当に泊まってよかったです、セントロまで徒歩15分くらいで、夜はとても静かでよく眠れます。たまに犬の鳴き声がすごいけど、それはメキシコだから仕方ないです。Casaのオーナーはとても親切で優しく、スペインご飯オンリーですが、私がうっかり部屋の中に鍵を置いたまま出てしまって締め出されたときもすぐにかけつけてくれました。とてもオシャレで清潔な部屋でした。欲を言えばシャワーの水圧がもう少し強いと嬉しいですが、これもやはりメキシコはどこもこんな感じだと思うので納得するしかないです。また泊まりたいと思えるコスパの良いCasaでした。'

'We enjoyed our stay. It's not easy to get to and if we did it again we would have rented at 4W drive vehicle to get up the hill everyday (although our little Kia made it.... Barely) Our hosts were wonderful and we loved getting up early to watch the sunrise. A wonderful place to stay'

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
