'The hotel was clean and located in an excellent spot. The staff made an effort to assist with everything, including parking. The rooms are not large. The breakfast was excellent in a nice atmosphere. In short, a recommended place.'

'The Angra Marina Hotel has an amazing view of the harbour, and easy access off of one of the main roads and is a short walk down to the harbour and nearby shops and restaurants. Although be aware that the only entrance to the hotel is at the top of a steep hill and there is no access to/from town from the lower levels. However, the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained - the elevators say they're going down but go up, the roof paint was peeling in the pool area, the bathrooms in the room...

'The Shipyard Angra was an amazing place to stay and explore the island of Terceira from. There is a spacious garage underneath the hotel where we parked our rental car. The room was amazing, they upgraded us from a studio to an apartment, so nice! Spacious, with sitting area, a kitchen and a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed and automatic curtains. There were robes in the bathroom and rituals soap. The staff was very nice and helped us arrange a whale watching tour. Breakfast was delicious...

'+ Centraal gelegen in Praia da Vitoría. + Grote kamers die netjes verzorgd zijn. + Vriendelijk personeel. + Auto kan op eigen terrein geparkeerd worden. + Zwembad aanwezig. + Balkon aanwezig. - Ondanks dat de kamers in de aanbouw relatief nieuw zijn, ziet het er wat gedateerd uit wat betreft inrichting. - Klein koelkastje op de kamer zou geen overbodige luxe zijn.'

'Heel leuk verblijf. Afwisseling van strand, wandelingen en uitstappen over het eiland. Alles met de rust die de Azoren eigen is.'
