'We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Lucia! The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Although she didn’t speak English, we used a translator and had no problem communicating with each other. The location is very convenient and the villa is easy to find. It’s also only about a 10-minute drive to the airport, which was very convenient for us. 'We loved our stay in this modern, clean, and elegant facility. The pool and pool area were superb (though the pools closes rather early). We had a beautiful room, excellent bathroom, and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also excellent. Personnel were attentive and polite. The center of Trani is about an 8-10-minute drive. There is a bus line nearby, but we did not use it, so cannot advise. Great stay!'

'Very rude owner The owner was extremely rude. During check-in, the lady kept our passports and did not return them to us. When we realized they were missing, we tried texting and calling, but she did not respond. Several hours passed, and we eventually had to go back to the B&B and search through the drawers in the “reception” area ourselves. We were eventually able to find our passports there. It was very frustrating and concerning to have such important personal documents left unattended,...
