I'll admit that I've had friends that didn't communicate as well as the owner of this property. 'Second time staying in this gem tucked in the trees. Close to trade days yet out in the woods. Surrounded with tress and wild life makes this place our place to come to each year. Property owners are wonderfully accommodating! Keep it a secret…don’t tell anyone!!! Just kidding…you won’t be sorry!'

'The property is difficult to get to. I would not recommend if you drive a nice car. SUVs and trucks. Parking is very limited. If you have neighbors, you will hear them. There is ample property to walk your dog if you have one.'

'Booked this for the weekend of my daughter's wedding at The Establishment Barn. It was 20 min away and perfect! The house is gorgeous! 15 adults slept beautifully. Hot tub was a fun outdoor spot! Huge fridge (plus one in garage) for leftover wedding food. Plenty of bathrooms! Wish we could've stayed longer!'

'There was a mix up with rental being double booked. Instead of cabin we reserved 15 months earlier, we were housed in a house apparently used as part of venue operations. It certainly was not what we expected but we made the best of it! It was clean and bed was comfortable so we chose to overlook the minor hiccups. Most importantly it was a great eclipse viewing site and the actual eclipse experience was extraordinary! All staff members were very kind and welcoming.'
