'Night staff was nice and offered me to check out at 12 noon because we arrived at 1 am. The morning at 11:07am the cleaning guy knocked on my door. I explained to him that I was given a late check out, then I received a call from the front desk with too much static on the line so the guy came to my door. 'I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine'
