'Great service and safe place to stay'

'Clean hotel. Had 2 bedroom queen beds. Received only one face towel, 2 bath towels. Went to the desk to ask for more, the man said “are you sure?” That there wasn’t more towels in the room. It was 3 of us all together. I would think if getting 2 queen beds that towels for 4 people would be ideal. He also said that he had no house keeping to get me more towels but ending up “finding” more towels. Clean hotel but make sure rooms have the appropriate amount of towels for guests'

'The hotel served it's purpose. I receive a good night's rest. Otherwise the amenities were not to standard. The WIFI was non-existent, the television did not have a signal, and the staff does not pick up from the telephone line. Also the building appears to be run down a little. Lastly, no one responded to my message days prior to check-in to accommodate my infirmity (Achilles Tendon Post-op Recovery) to acquire a first floor assessable room. Nevertheless, I rate to hotel a 3 for it was...

'Rooms were clean but I had to be moved three times. The toilet wasn't working in Room 1, the door wouldn't locked in Room 2 and the refrigerator had issues in Room 3.'
