Directions from Expedia from train station to the hotel is NOT correct if you plan on walking from train station to hotel. 'Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...

"We had a very nice stay. With 4 big children a nice place to stay in this great ski area. It’s the perfect location for ski in ski out…and a great balcony, beautiful view of the mountains…with music from the bar of the hotel down under the house. Two things we think could be better: the dinner corner is with high metal seats not really comfy..the WIFi is something we missed as there’s a modern tv but we couldn’t use it…It quite high in the village. For skiers a great place to stay for non skiers it’s quite a steep walk up from town and supermarket. "
