'Yes to both'

'I had a staff member walk into my room without gym permission. The most traumatizing incident I have ever had in my life. When I confronted the staff they deny it and said I checked out digitally. Hilton staff needs to face the consequences for this behavior. I can only imagine what they have done to other single female guests.'

'Located next to the highway and our room faced the Highway, you could hear the traffic noise all night long. Window treatments are too short and do not block the sun. There is a shade cover underneath too, but that is transparent too. Bed was comfy and room was spacious but -Glad I was only there one night because it was difficult to sleep. '

'The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful.'

'For the most part the staff was friendly and helpful but the morning front desk clerk was not friendly and not helpful and bordered on nasty . I hope management figures out they have a problem with her.'

'We went for a few days with my husband and 2 elementary aged boys. Unfortunately our room was not ready at check in but overall we absolutely loved our stay. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooftop restaurant had great views, drinks and food. Pizza and cocktails at the pool were delicious. The pool was clean, beautiful and well maintained. The loungers are very close to the pool so had to make sure the boys weren’t wetting guests. The room was also clean, spacious for two carry ons. No tub...
