'I had dirty covers on my bed. It was like red stains on the side. There was a hair in my shower before I even got in. The bathroom light flickered the whole time we were there. I didn’t feel 100% safe or comfortable because the door lock deadbolt wouldnt turn all the way to properly lock the door. There are remotes that controlled every tv so it turned while I was watching it. '

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'The Hotel Zaza is a great, quirky place, with lots of nice perks (daily fresh cookies in the lobby!!). The themed rooms look great, but the standard room I stayed in was also fine. The only gripe I have that the kingsize bed was more for dwarf-size kings. It was wide enough, but nowhere near long enough to fit a person over 1m85
Also, the prices for standard amenities are completely over the top. While a beer costs pretty much the same as everywhere else, water or coffee are ridiculously...
