'The stay was just ok for me. The room they had me in was like everything stayed damp. Sheets, pillows, things in my bag. That was uncomfortable for me. My husband enjoyed it, because of the pool area. He didn't like the coffee though. The $100.00 hold definitely did not make things easy for me either. That's gonna take at least 2 months to get back. You should alert people about this because, I had no idea. So you're doing good to get a 4, it should've been lower.'

'The location of this Hotel was excellent, a few minutes away from the mall, restaurants, and other entertainment. The staff was nice and accommodating. However, the shower in our room was pathetic with no water pressure, so I didn't get to enjoy the shower. Also, the elevator buttons were not working, and at one point, we had to walk up one floor to use the elevator for the upper floors. Overall it was a good experience'

'Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was my first but definitely won’t be the last. The lovely gentlemen working on the afternoon and evening of June 20th were super friendly and gave A+ customer service. The room was spotless and with the weather being humid the air conditioning was also too notch. The coolness of the room was extremely inviting and much appreciated after being outside all evening. The location was perfect and near so many restaurants and shopping areas. Cannot wait to come back...

'Breakfast was very basic. Would not recommend breakfast here. The rooms are a bit small. Did not like the hardwood floors. On the second day while it rained, the rain seeped through the lobby and staff had to place buckets in the lobby. The internet went out during the second night. The shower sucked! It never got hot. You had to turn the water on for a long time and then it would get warm. When we called and informed the front desk they said they would reset the breaker, there was no...
