He was very kind, helpful, and hard working. He went over and beyond to assist me. He was very informative. He needs to be the executive manager here and I'm sure the place would do better. 'We were surprised to learn that there was a $50.00 cash deposit for smoke free rooms. We got it back at checkout, but the fact there was one was not expected. There was lots of noise outside. While our room was a non-smoker room, folks smoked outside near the room, so smoke came into the room.'
