'The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty.'

'We wanted to be in the Hampton area for a concert. Hyatt was perfect, the room was so clean and the staff was top tier. The only thing I did not like was the food. The wings were a nightmare, my Caesar salad was trash. But our bartender was so kindled. Mr. Dana was so professional and kind. We will be back I just won’t order food lol. They have these peanut butter cookies though they are to die for!! Overall great place to stay!! And affordable'

'I felt deceived be Expedia giving this sight a 9.2 rating. The room was very small and the sight was nothing fancy. We had an old time bed spread my grandma might have put on her bed. I’m in transition while I sell my house in Front Royal so I have been in many hotels. This one is more like a 6 or 7. I paid more for this room only because of the rating you gave it. I could have saved a lot by choosing a hotel with a 6 rating and would have been just as happy.'

'BED BUGS! I took a live bug to them in a cup and we got bit. My wife got it way worse. We shortened our stay to get away from there. The hotel nor the company that handles there issues (Sedgwick) has done nothing. They won’t even acknowledged it was a bed bug. So I take them a live bug, send them pictures of the other bugs found in the room, send pics of the bite marks on our body, and all they did was send a letter saying they don’t accept responsibility. 'A lot of Russ in the bathroom, stains on the bed shirt , the chair in the room was really dirty ( need to shampoo it or just get another one. Big cockroach under the sink , no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Curtin had some stains on it . Not what I expected from the Hilton hotels!!!'

'The room was clean, although the property itself, is in a sketchy area & done of the people staying their were a bit sketchy, too. This was my second time staying there & both times there were police at the location responding to a disturbance. Thankfully, this didn't occur at night. Both occasions seemed to be during the middle of the day.'

'Near the beach, friendly staff. Problems were solved (sometimes after a reminder). Quality of the breakfast was good. Room was definitely dated. Although clean not in depth. Closer doors were very tired, safe was unresponsive (solved), roaches in the kitchenette (solved), bathroom door stuck and scraped. Staff at the front desk very friendly.'

'First day we got there, the beds needed to be changed, and the bathroom wasn’t clean, we saw roaches crawling in tub. We called front desk, and told them and they was to send someone to reclean and no one showed up. The third day, we went to office and dude behind desk lied about someone called to say the room was cleaned and it never was. So therefore never again. '

'They charged an extra $4 beyond the Expedia site quoted pay-at-hotel $8 additional fee . So the extra fee at the hotel is actually $12, not $8. False advertising!'
