'The Front Desk represents the brand. Zero greeting, zero help. No hot water for my two stays. Front desk offered no assistance or correction. Staff needs training. Don't think I will be staying again.'

'The stay was prefect for the most part. The pool area was a bit messy from other guest not cleaning up after themselves. The staff on site was helpful and used a translator app to communicate with me instead of just saying "no english" I really appreciate that. Apartment 10 was very clean and smelled amazing upon entering the unit. The lock gate closet to the garbage gates handle is broken and needs fixing immediately for security. There sufficient lighting and parking on the property. Overall...

'Very cozy small unit, close to literally everything you like from resteraunts to malls to night life activities to beach to EVERYTHING! Great spot! I will def be coming back!'
