'Mooi hotel. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Kamer was schoon. Alleen het geluid van de airco was storend tijdens het slapen. Badkamer ook erg schoon en netjes. We hadden ook ontbijt erbij, maar dat viel erg tegen. Beperkte opties om echt te ontbijten. Verder was het helemaal top. '

'No hot water in entire building and they checked us into our room anyway. When we discovered it and called front desk Manager was terrible. We tryed to check out and He wouldnt check us out and trying to charge us for the room. I called Expedia and they called the Hotel and was treated much the same way. So I did get me refund that was due me. '

'A little far from downtown but rideshare was inexpensive and the property was amazing.'

'The tv did not have good reception. The frig was not cool and did not get cool during our stay. The door only had 1 lock that would lock. Only way to keep door closed was to lock the 1 lock that worked. Door latch not working on door. '

'Room was large and clean. Pool and gym were gorgeous. Breakfast buffet had an excellent assortment! Asked for a quiet room- they gave us one that was street facing. Great view- not quiet. Staff was not very knowledgeable of the surrounding area (clueless on details of centennial park and Vanderbilt which are their immediate neighbours). They made parking more complicated than it needed to be. '

'Ideal if you have to be as close as possible to Vanderbilt, it is only a few mins by car. Room was clean and comfy. Only negative point: came out the next morning to find 4 cars broke in to. Not ours thankfully, but don't leave anything in car there. '

'The room was clean and neat. I was allowed to checkbin early, even though there seemed to be some type of confusion between the person at the desk and other employees. The bed and pillow were ok, not the best i had in the past. Parking is almost 64 dollars after tax, they do not have a self park option at the hotel. Unlike other Marriott hotels, there is nothing complimentary at this hotel, not even coffee in the lobby, when you leave. There are other hotels in the area at the same price...

'Attitude of the front desk was very rude. Housekeeping was very slow and inefficient, Breakfast was poorly run as they ran out of many key items and were very slow to replenish them. Promised daily shuttle only ran a few days of our stay and was very poorly run. In general, this property was quite simply not ready for prime time. '
