'My girls and I had an amazing stay. The food was great for hotel food and the staff were the absolute best!! The property and parking was excellent and very convenient. I felt 100% safe allowing my 16yo daughter come and go as needed to the lobby as well, which is a big deal these days. The only unsavory part was water, there wasn't water easily accessible on the floors or in the rooms without walking all the way to the lobby. '

'The apartment was so nice and spacious. My only 2 complaints is about the check in procedure. It would've been easier to understand if it had just stated use the parking garage elevators up to your floor. The whole note about using the walkway with the glass door was hard to find.

Took an Uber the morning we went to the Ryman. There is also a hotel shuttle that will take you locally. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would stay there again.'

"Really nice location just outside downtown. It's just a 15/20 walk to Broadway. The hotel itself is a little bit outdated. When we were there, new beds and carpet was there so I guess they're upgrade, the rooms. It's pretty clean, but it smells old. Breakfast is just average for this kind of hotel. Staff can be more friendly. But after all, a good stay! "
