'The room was nice. It did feel like the floor slanted toward the bathroom which was odd. The staff was nice. The breakfast was amazing! There were so many items to choose from. I wish the coffee was a little stronger and would have liked half and half instead of little packets of creamer. The location was great for going into town, or catching the ferry. We will definitely stay again.'

'When we arrived, the hotel employees were on strike, which was not disclosed to us before our stay. The room we were initially assigned was directly above the picketing area, where union workers were using megaphones, drums, and banging pots and pans. The noise began around 5:30 AM each day and continued until approximately 6:00 PM, making it nearly impossible to rest, sleep in, or even take a nap during the day.
When we first approached the front desk for assistance, the staff was not helpful....

'Great fast WiFi. Was recently renovated, as it looked updated.
Bed was too small for two occupants (smaller than queensize). Though breakfast is included, it's room is too small for the rush hours, so there was no place (and choice of items was a bit on the small side).
If you are on your own, and just want a bed with a shower. A good place to stay.'

'My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. I booked a suite for a wedding we were attending and requested an early check-in; however, they were unable to accommodate this request (which I understand). 'We arrived late due to delays at the airport. Fortunately, the front desk staff was able to get us checked -in and to our room. All the room amenities worked and I had a great night's sleep. Checking out was an ease. I highly recommend this hotel and wished I was able to stay here more than one night. It was far better than the hotel I stayed at for the duration of my stay in the Emerald City.'
