'The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. The hydronic system is centralized and they change from heat to cool with the seasons. That was a definite inconvenience but not a deal...

'Prachtig gerenoveerde kamer met club access maar wat er miste was een bureau om aan te werken, waardeloos voor een zakenmensen zou ik zeggen.. Clublounge is zeer matig en geen bezetting in weekend en op maandag. Het was zeker niet de kwaliteit die ik had verwacht.'

'For some reason, my room has some sort of funk smell to it. Not sure if it’s as a result of the town’s air freshener that they used. Also, the towel the gave me the first day had some kind of smell as well. Apart from that, the rules were clean and they cleaned the rooms every day and changed the towels. The hotel is close to lots of activities. The staff were nice and operated 24/7 during my 4-day stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.'

'The hotel is great. The restaurant was fabulous but very expensive. We had 3 rooms for one night. Suddenly when we were long gone they charged mini bar charges on 2 rooms while we never used anything from the minibar. '

'During check-in, a staff member was engaged in conversation with their family. The shower facilities were cold. I requested towels, but the staff informed me that they would not be available until the morning. Despite this, towels were still unavailable.'

'The rooms are spacious. Breakfast facilities limited. Two small bar areas: one without staff at daytime, one opened at about 3 pm. Staff not very helpful / friendly.'
