'This hotel is marketed as upscale and luxurious, but my experience was quite the opposite. After arriving late in the evening, around 11:45 PM, I was disappointed to find a room that felt extremely dated and in need of significant renovation. The furnishings and overall condition of the room gave an old, neglected impression, and cleanliness did not meet my expectations. The experience was so disappointing that, had it not been so late, I would have looked for alternative accommodations...

'This is not a typical hotel—it's a mixed-use building that includes apartments, hotel rooms, and shared office space. I think this should be disclosed more clearly before booking. That said, the building itself is very nice, modern, and exceptionally clean. The room was beautiful, and the city views were outstanding. Waking up to the morning sunrise over the skyline was a real highlight of the stay. One thing to keep in mind is that there aren't many places within easy walking distance, so...

'Stayed here a one night staycation and LOVED it. The room was well decorated, bed was very comfortable, and water pressure in the rainfall shower head amazing. All things I always hope for when staying at a hotel. We received a $20 credit for room service and ordered the margarita pizza and it was genuinely probably the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had quite a few!). I’ll go back to the restaurant just for the pizza! Highly recommend this hotel and its friendly staff.'

'The most recent reviews is what led me to book. The reviews from 2023 were not very favorable so apparently major overhaul of the rooms has been done. No clamoring smell was in our room. I like the fact that there isn’t any carpet! Bed was ok…not the best but not the worst either. I would stay here again. The price was excellent compared to where it’s located. Didn’t use any of the amenities because was simply there for an early medical appointment.'
