'One of the most accessable hotels we have ever seen. wide doors,no furniture blocking the room areas. Outside ramps almost unnoticable. Only the pool fencing gates were too high to reach. Breakfast was very good with excellent staff.'

'The hotel was extremely clean. The gym was neat, clean and organized. The room was also very clean. The best Best Western I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating from the security guard, to the front desk staff, the staff doing breakfast and cleaning the rooms. If I’m ever in Houston again, this would definitely be my first choice!!!!'

'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'
