Also their internet went out for majority of a day. We had asked for towels and it took half a day or more to get it. Communication at times is very good but other times their app there was not good communication. It is a beautiful hotel and residence. Amenities appear to be superb. Staff does try....

'Cockroaches in the room, the floor was dirty and cracked, big difference between the lobby and the room, staff was bad. The lady at the reception when we check in was not in the mood to check in us, the valet is 50$ per night and don’t help at all. No hello, No door opens, no help with the luggages, nothing.
