'Check in was easy and communication with host was good. Just a few issues...plan was to have barbecues at the house but there was no grill on the property when we arrived. Contacted host and was advised it had been damaged and would be delivered the following day. Did not get it until dinner time 2nd day of stay. Pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures...games in the game room are low quality. Final issue was one of the rooms had a significant ant problem in one of the corners and along...

'The host was lovely. The house comfortably fit our party of nine over thanksgiving week. Some amenities were broken or in disrepair like the putting green and foosball table. The kitchen has minimal kitchenware and equipment. The double laundry was nice. The location close to Grandscape was also a bonus. '

'Outdated'

'The property was under construction. Day 1, my room had no A/C and no refrigerator. Reported situations to the desk clerk, was told that it would be taken care of. Returned later that night, nothing had been done. The desk clerk told me that I should have returned earlier to ensure it was done and he had no other rooms available. Very unprofessional clerk. Property manager did remedy the problem the next day. It was very hot and misrable for the first night.'
