'This hotel is wonderful. The suites are big and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful. We would definitely stay here again.'

'The main reason I booked this hotel was to enjoy the pool party on the days I didn’t have business. Upon check-in, I was told the pool was closed until further notice. The staff did try to make it right by offering free breakfast in their member lounge (which was not good). Ultimately, I decided to move to a different hotel with a pool. Then I was charged an early exit fee of $340, even though they agreed to give me a refund for the nights I didn’t stay. Not a great experience.'

'I think the “Luxury home” part of the listing was a bit of a stretch but overall we had a good time during our stay. The frame for the king bed was terrible though, any movement no matter how small was incredibly loud to the point you can’t believe what you’re hearing is even possible. I greatly appreciated a call from the owner to touch base about checking out and what not, and unlike many other spots that expect you to deep clean the house before leaving, this one had no such requirement.'

'We had a great stay! The stay was conveniently located to midtown/downtown Charlotte! The neighborhood was nice, and peaceful! We enjoyed the amenities and the easy check-in and checkout process! We had a minor issue with the smoke detector noises in the middle of the night, but the host responded immediately and appropriately addressed our concerns!'

'Mr Darius and the front staff was AWESOME! I’ve worked in hospitality before and this was exceptional. I hope that’s his name but he helped us with directions to our event and greeted us every time we enter or exit. He loves his job and he takes pride in what he does. He can go great place and take the brand to those places with him. Keep giving him the right tools along with his personality & honesty and his displayed desire to be all and more than he can be, he’s a rising star!!'

'Friday, June 19 Stay My wife and had a wonderful one-night stay at the Hilton! From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was excellent — super friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to assist us with directions and getting around the area, which made our short trip much easier and more enjoyable. The only small downside was that breakfast was not included, but everything...
