'Upon check in the clerk explained NOTHING about the property. No breakfast can be ordered at X time, pool is this way, nothing. My room was on the first floor, not even on carpet. My room was in the ballroom/ meeting hall. As a single woman traveling alone being on the 1st floor also meant that for safety reasons I couldn’t leave the curtains open with my room window being at the parking lot. 'The staff here was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint i have is the walls are very thin. You can hear people talking in the next room and people walking above. '

'Bath room wasn't as clean as it should be for 218 a nite. The baseboards need to be cleaned . The handles on the drawers in bathroom are rusted . The light fixtures are rusted . The stuff was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. They hallways and stairwell could use a good cleaning the carpets need to be cleaned too . '

'The room was not clean, there was hair in the sink and flicks of toothpaste on the mirror. The bathroom tub/shower was so bad we didn't feel comfortable showering in it. The toilet paper roll had 8 squares of toilet paper on it and we had to put the new roll on ourselves. The back of the bathroom door was coming apart and there were dust bunnies in every corner. I was happy we only had to be there 9 hours!'

'Breakfast was good. Potatoes weren’t hot but there was plenty of other food to eat. Frankie, Portia and Terrance were all super helpful. They were always busy cleaning or doing something. Kudos on such great workers. It’s definitely a hotel we’d stay at again. '

'We stayed in a two-queen-bed suite and were impressed by how spacious it was. The hotel is relatively new, and everything—from the room to the common areas—felt clean and well-maintained. That said, the hotel gets extremely busy on weekends, especially during events like the Jefferson’s Cup. With so many families staying there, it can get quite noisy at night, with kids running through the hallways and in nearby rooms.
