'Never ever book this dump. We couldn’t contact the owner to get in to the place . No reply to days of messages. Some of the residents let us into the property but we didn’t know what rooms were ours and we didn’t have codes to get in. The place was dirty . I have never seen an airb&b as bad as this . The stair carpet was rotten ,the stair had expanding foam blocking the mouse or rat holes.we saw 2 rats scurry under the front door porch. The place was so bad ,if you had a shower ,you would come...

'The room is clean. Super quiet. There is really no staff to speak of. You share a bathroom which wasn’t a problem. For Boston it was a great value.'

'A very pleasant surprise! The staff is welcoming and helpful. Whenever something was missing, we simply had to ask and it was brought to us straight away. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the rooms in the tower were excellent. The only small downside was the limited choice of meat and the lack of eggs at breakfast. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.'

'The hotel is in an excellent location along the T line. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't use it again until we checked out. We used the T to travel to the Boston attractions. The decor is fresh and the room was very clean. There were a few maintenance problems: a dripping sink faucet and an outlet above the bedstand that was loose and coming out of the wall. Overall, we would return to this hotel and can highly recommend it.'
