'Breakfast fantastic, late checkout was a plus.'

'Our plane was canceled because of weather and we missed our flight. I called the hotel eight hours before and said we are stuck in Chicago. Can I please cancel my hotel reservation. The staff person was snarky, rude and told me that I was going to be charged 100% even though there was no way for me to get to Sacramento as I was stuck in Chicago. I travel a fair amount and so does my family. I was appalled by how this was handled. hard pass on this Hotel.'

'Very clean hotel, rooms are spacious and quiet. There is a workout room on the ground floor, and food and bar. It is also perfectly situated near Freeway and lots of restaurants.'

'$17.99 for a breakfast that should be complimentary is wild. '

'My kids and I love it here. It’s super clean which is always the priority. Additionally, it’s comfortable with nice staff, a gym, easy parking and complimentary breakfast. It’s worth it! '

'Tried to charge $10 for unsecured self parking. Said they couldn’t do anything about it, was the owners decision and only the owner could speak to the parking fee. If they want to charge for parking it should be included in rate. Listing said free self parking but really only if you park in the street off the property. An elderly couple checking in at the same time was very upset as well. '

'Room was good. The linens on the bed were very poor. Hard to believe that this property would allow their beds to be so utterly lacking in comfort. Pillows were also very poor. Taking this hotel off if my places to stay when traveling from Oregon to Los Angeles.'
