'The room was amazing, clean, comfortable, and had a great kitchenette. The exterior was nice to walk around and pretty. I stayed five days and felt very comfortable. Things that were not so great: here is constant noise from the highway/major route that runs past the hotel so even though the surroundings are nice its not ever "quiet." When I was there the hot tub wasn't working. The gym is absurdly tiny - not even room for a yoga mat to stretch. The breakfast is OK /meh. They don't supply dish...

'Hotel nice actually, better than the Savannah Hyatt. Room was modern and bed comfy. Staff friendly. There is a washer and dryer for guest use and its convenient when it works. Continental breakfast and coffee good. Coligny beach park only 6 min drive. Pretty much close to everything. I dont know about the smell some people mention but my room was fine. Would stay here again. '

'Staff was excellent from valet to check out and bar. Room left a little to be desired. Found a crouton on the floor, a goldfish cracker between nightstand and bed and what looked like cheese whiz on the bedding. Some minor maintenance issues too: rusted vents in bathroom and phone line dead. Informed rge desk and the phone was replaced yet that didn’t work either. Minor issues but for the cost I expect more. Great stay only because the staff was on point! Friendly staff at every contact. '

'The rooms have been redone since last we were here and they look great. We loved not having to carry a key card around, the new coded locks were a plus. We really enjoyed our quick pit stop on our way to Miami and look forward to coming back on our way back home next week.'

'This resort has so much potential to be a 5 star hotel. However, there’s some things that have to be addressed. Housekeeping is shaking. Our coffee area had old coffee drippings on the border. The bathroom was full of hair from previous guest. We stayed on the second floor and you could hear peoples dogs barking. There was a wedding that weekend and the reception went pretty late, music blaring but that’s fine. The issue came after the wedding the wedding party was hanging out in the hallway....

' I am writing to report an issue during my stay in room 333 on March 11, 2026. I woke up to find that I had been bitten by bed bugs. I informed the owner of the situation and she said that she didn't believe me and didn't have time to view the photos and asked that I email the photos to her. The email she provided was invalid. She also told me not to come back. I look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter I have photos of my findings, if needed. '

'Perfect stay until the 2nd day … house keeping was banging on the door before 9:00 am offering housekeeping services. It was absolutely ridiculous. That’s too early to disturb guests. Today the loud banging was even louder today as if to rush guests out. Other than that it was a great experience! I would highly recommend and would stay again.'

'We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.'

'This hotel is very clean with the nicest staff you'll ever meet. The chef Sheila is an amazing chef , food made with love. Eat in and you'll be happy. Very safe and secure location. Parking outside and in their parking garage with elevator access. I would give more stars if i could. I will always stay here. Thank you'

'The reason I gave low stars is because it’s so far out from everything which is fine but I went during winter months and everything at there resort was closed. No bar, no restaurant, why? Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean people stop eating and drinking. I went for work and only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t a big deal but as I said it’s not exactly convenient to restaurants n such so I ended up ordering takeout. It was a very nice condo though. Perhaps it would be great in the summer '
