My wife and I enjoyed a two-week stay in Room 420, which had a balcony overlooking the leafy courtyard—a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. From check-in to check-out, the Gaia team was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist.

'A really unique place to stay. It's a litt l e hard to find as the entrance is the ladt door on the left down a narrow lane off the souk. You have to find parking off-site, so I parked in front of the MonoPrix and left it there.

'een hotel met wat vergane glorie maar voor de prijs in orde.Kamers simpel maar mooi, vooral terras met uitzicht zee mooi en altijd frisse bries. Strand is vlakbij. Sommige badkamers zijn aan vernieuwing toe...heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt is minder, heel basic, brood met confituur en kaas....Enkele nachten last gehad van lawaai van de discotheek tot 3h s morgens, maar na klacht bij de directie was dit gedaan....Enkele restaurantjes in de buurt, centrum makkelijk bereikbaar...

'Having travelled a lot in Tunisia i have stayed at many hotels. Some nicer that others, although one aspect was always the same. Lack of service and motivation with the staff. At the Radisson they have been able to solve that issue and its really the 1st hotel we had great service while staying in Tunisia. So as we always thought, its not the staff but they way they are trained and motivated. Great hotel and staff.'

'The staff were excellent. The evening front desk at check-in were super nice and fast. The bartender Ahmad at the Beach-Bar is very respectful and makes nice fresh mojitos. The staff at the main restaurant were friendly and accommodating, especially Nouredine and Hamadi who oversee the main restaurant plus 3 waiters: 1 served the right side of the patio section, and the 2 others served the right inside of the restaurant. All 5 never missed a single request, not to my group, but they were also...
