'It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day.'

'Before arriving I called the hotel to let them know we will be coming in later and they completely understood. Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. Breakfast was so yummy and would always be refilled.'

'Everything was clean. The staff was helpful even though I did not read how to get on wifi that was right in my hands. Staff, Tom was sweet and explained it for me. Breakfast was good and plenty of variety on buffet. If I return to Austin in future I will stay there again. Great access to various places I needed to go to.'

'Fine hotel, with good breakfast, excellent beds and clean facilities. Only weird thing was that we had to pay a deposit (first time in Texas ever!). Uppon asking when the deposit would be cleared from my card, the clerk told me that it would be at 11:00am. Now 24 hours later, it’s still not cleared..'
