'Spacious room and bathroom, right in the heart of Old Montreal. There is no front desk, so communication is all through Expedia/texting, which can be hard if you don’t have cell service or if you’re traveling with elderly travelers. Overall, any issues we had were worked out pretty quickly and housekeeping staff was lovely. 'The apartment is adorable and very comfortable. There was a hot water issue which was taken care of right away. The people upstairs where walking around in boots (?) late at night and early morning. Maybe encourage guests to wear slippers (?). There was also some movement of furniture in the early morning (around 6 am). Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you! Merci!'
