I would highly recommend this property based on his service alone. In addition, the room was spotless, comfortable, and the breakfast options were unmatched. I was super impressed! The housekeeping staff was also considerate and helpful. I appreciate all I encountered; everyone contributed to a wonderful stay!'

'The only reason I chose this hotel is because I stayed here about 4 years ago. It was excellent ( then). But, unknown to us, upon arrival , we found out that that hotrl was under remodeling, which meant that the main floor was covered and barricaded AND the breakfast restaurant unavailble. We had no choice but to stay there, arriving aftr midnight. We had a king bed room. But, after returning from first day's activities, our toilet stopped worling and was running water constantly. 'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay for one week in March 2026. I chose the location because it was close to my drs office (I was having a medical procedure) and because I wanted a hotel room with a kitchen. The room was very spacious and comfortable and quiet. The complementary breakfast was icing on the cake. There is a Panera Bread (restaurant) right next door which also came in handy while I recovered from my procedure. This was an excellent choice for me and I would highly recommend. '

'Crazy part my family had two suites for 2 nights, a family of 5. The Furniture worn down to the springs. We were literally sleeping on springs. Busy weekend had no wait staff, and pool closed during spring break how was this a vacation? Nasty carpet. Room smelled like a dog. Pros were breakfast and concession area. We are a special need a family so we are unable to vacate often. We are from Texas and have also lived in the area. We were expecting so much more. I don’t have time to go into detail...

'In the past, I have traveled quite a lot. I remember the Fairfield brand bedding being quite a lot nicer than that in this property. The woman named Dot on the front desk is an excellent representative for your company'

'This is such a comfortable place. The food is good and plentiful. The staff is so friendly. I was welcomed warmly when we arrived. The General Manager steps in and does all the things she asks of her staff. She even remembers guest names. The rooms are very clean and large. It’s an ideal location if you want to shop at IKEA. I continue to return to this hotel when I’m in the Frisco area '

'Vriendelijk ontvangen. Kamer is oké. Wifi is slecht. Iedere 2 minuten opnieuw verbinden op de bovenste etage. Daarnaast een heel gedoe met het invullen en achterlaten van je gegevens om 7 dagen gebruik te kunnen maken van de wifi. Niet van deze tijd. Zorg gewoon voor een goed, gratis gebruik voor de gasten. Het ontbijt was bij opening direct heel druk. 1 toast apparaat is echt te weinig. '

'One of my least favorable stays at a La Quinta. First, the cooler in our room would either freeze our room, or roast our room. Nothing in between. Secondly, you could only flush the toilet once every 30 minutes because the fill rate was so slow. Third, the water pressure was zero in the shower. It literally dribbled out. Lastly, on two mornings, we did not have hot water. On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.'
