'Left for a soccer game at 9am came back at 10:45-11 to rest til noon for check out. Was automatically checked out by staff. They reactivated my card went back to my room and found somebody else's suitcases in the room.'

'Breakfast included was advertised, but not provided. Pool was advertised but not provided. The front entryway for movement was also closed. There was reparation going on, so everything was covered in plastic. Even then, no breakfast was provided.'

'The location was good and hotel provided what we needed. However I found a HUGE dead roach in my room and there was no hand soap. When we noticed our room didn’t have soap upon check in we asked for some from the front desk associate. We were told “there is body wash in the shower….” '
